Proud to sign a Turnkey Contract with Roaya Real Estate as a Main Contractor for the construction of the Malqa Offices Building in Malqa District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a total lot area of 3,500 sqm. The project comprises three buildings, each consisting of a Basement, Ground Floor (GF), First Floor (F1), and Second Floor (F2).
