As the Founder and CEO of Motion Build for General Contracting⁠, he specializes in delivering turnkey construction projects, project management, and business development. Omar has led the successful execution of large-scale commercial, industrial, and sports facilities, building a reputation for quality, innovation, and operational excellence. He is passionate about growing sustainable businesses, developing high-performing teams, and driving value through strategic leadership and engineering expertise.

Co-Founder and COO

Ahmed Fekry is a seasoned construction professional and business leader with extensive experience in project execution, operations management, and strategic growth within the contracting industry. As a key partner at Motion Build for General Contracting, he plays a vital role in overseeing project delivery, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. With a strong background in construction management and a results-driven approach, Ahmed has contributed to the successful completion of major commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the region.

Ahmed Al Qahtani

General Manager

Ahmed Al Qahtani is the General Manager and Partner at Motion Build, bringing extensive leadership experience in health, safety, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Motion Build, he served as a Safety Manager at Saudi Aramco, where he was responsible for driving world-class safety standards, risk management programs, regulatory compliance, and workforce safety initiatives across large-scale industrial and construction projects. His expertise spans HSE management, contractor safety, incident prevention, operational risk assessment, and organizational safety culture development. With a strong background in the energy and construction sectors, Ahmed combines strategic leadership with hands-on industry knowledge to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing project environments.
